Position: Business Development [ B2B]

Location: Aerospace Park, Bangalore
Reporting to: Directore & Sales

About the Role

As a B2B Business Development professional, you will drive revenue growth by generating project enquiries, converting opportunities into orders, and ensuring smooth execution through delivery and payment. The role involves engaging with architects, corporate clients, contractors, and PMCs, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely project completion and building long-term client relationships.

Goals & Objectives

1. Demand Generation — REACH

Make frequent visit to below customers and generate project Enquiry

Functions involved: Order Desk,  Finance (AR), Sales, Project Team (Delivery & Execution) Lighting Design

2. Conversion — Enquiry to Order

Ensure on time ‘’ Techno -Commercial Submissions’’ by driving internal functions (sales, Lighting Design & Product teams)

Increase the winning probability by demonstrating brand Merits, Credentials and Product differentiation by collaborating with relevant internal functions

Functions involved: Order Desk, Logistics, Finance (AR), Sales, Project Team (Delivery & Execution) & Lighting Design.

3. Retain — Order to Delivery
Functions involved: Sales, Business Development & Lighting Design.
