LLC “Lighting Technologies IGC” acquired a controlling share of the company "Intiled"

LLC “Lighting Technologies IGC”, the largest manufacturer and supplier of lighting solutions in Russia and the CIS, acquired a controlling share of the company "Intiled", the leader in the segment of architectural and artistic lighting in Russia.

As a result of the merger, both companies will gain a new development potential. Production capabilities will permit to cover any requirements of the professional market in the segment of architectural lighting in Russia. Strong position of "Lighting Technologies" in export sales and vast experience of Intiled in its segment will also expand the scope of export interests.

The reason for concluding this deal was the intention of the former Intiled investors to leave the lighting business, as well as the management’s strong desire to consistently develop the company, attracting the necessary investments.
